This bathroom renovation delivers a clean, calming space with tailored functionality and timeless material choices. The layout was preserved but reimagined with all new finishes, maximizing light and flow throughout the room.

A soaking tub anchors one end of the space, framed by crisp subway tile and a custom black and white mosaic niche for added detail. Opposite the tub, a walk-in shower features matte black fixtures, a bench seat, and coordinating mosaic tile in the shower niche and flooring—creating a cohesive, high-contrast aesthetic.

The custom vanity is finished in a soft sage tone, paired with quartz countertops, black hardware, and framed mirrors for a subtle blend of texture and tone. Matching cabinetry adds practical storage and balance, while light porcelain floors keep the room feeling open and airy.
