Cougar Ln

This remodel was about creating a cohesive, well-crafted space that blends natural materials with functional design. We transformed the entire home, updating the floors, adding custom mantels to the fireplaces, installing a structural beam in the living room, and completely overhauling both the kitchen and bathroom. Every choice was intentional—materials selected for durability, design focused on creating a home that feels both elevated and inviting.

In the bathroom, we focused on warmth and craftsmanship. The custom-built corner vanity, made from natural wood, adds a strong, grounding element to the space, with deep drawers and smart storage solutions. The stone countertops were chosen for their durability and seamless aesthetic, complementing the warm wood tones. Above, arched mirrors framed by modern brass sconces create a soft, even glow, enhancing the sense of space and light.

The wet area features a tub surrounded by marble tile, paired with brass fixtures for a rich contrast. A custom-built niche in both the shower and tub area offers practical storage while keeping the design clean and uncluttered. The glass shower enclosure keeps sight lines open, allowing the textures and materials to take center stage.

Throughout the home, the flooring was completely updated with wide-plank engineered wood, bringing warmth and continuity to each space. The fireplace mantels were rebuilt, integrating natural wood elements that tie into the broader design. In the living room, a structural beam was added, framing the space and emphasizing the open layout.
