This full-home renovation is a study in warmth, texture, and natural light. The existing spaces were reimagined to feel both grounded and elevated, combining layered materials and soft finishes to create a cohesive flow throughout the main living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The living room is anchored by a simplified fireplace surround clad in honed limestone, giving the space a modern yet organic focal point. Overhead, the painted tongue-and-groove ceiling and contemporary light fixture add a sense of architectural rhythm, drawing the eye upward while balancing the scale of the space. Custom shelving and cabinetry bring both function and softness to the walls, seamlessly blending storage with design.

In the kitchen, crisp white cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and matte black hardware create a clean and timeless palette. A dedicated wine and coffee nook adds character and practicality without interrupting the room’s calm presence. Just beyond, the dining area features minimalist lighting and wide picture windows—framing views of the outdoors while welcoming in generous natural light. Each element was chosen to support an open, intentional lifestyle, designed to feel both relaxed and refined.
