A member of our team will ask you to send over some pictures of the space and also provide you with a calendar link to schedule a phone consultation at a time that works best for you. We can usually jump on this call within a day or two.

We’ll call you at the time you select and go over all of your project goals and really dive in to everything that is important to you. We’ll also discuss rough pricing, scheduling & answer any questions you have. We’ll send you a digital copy of the rough estimate after the call ends so you can have the numbers for reference. We block out the whole hour for you so grab a comfy seat and let’s dive into the details!

If after the call you feel like we’ve heard everything that’s important to you and the rough numbers are a good fit, then we schedule an on-site consultation that takes about 2-4 hours. This site visit is an opportunity to meet you and really dive into all the logistical and project goals that are really important to you. We also do a thorough analysis of the site conditions to make sure everything we’re seeing on site matches what we discussed on the phone. After the site visit we turn in a final estimate & schedule.

After the site visit we turn in a detailed estimate for you that will serve as the final budget and contract for the project. We also give you a rough schedule to look at. After some feedback on both, it’s time to press go!

This is where you start getting involved in our interactive management software Buildertrend. You’ll receive To-Do Lists & Shopping Lists to prep on your end. We’ll go through the design, engineering & permitting processes. All materials will be sourced and a final schedule will be agreed upon.
